Which areas do you cover?

We are starting with Dubai's main short-stay communities, including Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Dubai Hills and Creek Harbour. Ask us about other areas and emirates.

Is my building allowed to host holiday homes?

Many are, but some owners' associations restrict short stays. We check your building before you commit, and recommend monthly or long-term stays if holiday homes are not an option.

How do you charge?

On revenue share and hybrid plans we take an agreed percentage of rental income. On fixed rent we lease the home from you at an agreed rent. Your survey report sets out the exact numbers.

Can I still use my home?

Yes. Block dates in the owner app for your own visits and we will have the home ready when you arrive.

I live abroad. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Agreements are signed electronically, everything is tracked in the app and payouts reach you abroad. If a step needs a power of attorney, we guide you through it.

Can you switch between holiday, monthly and long-term?

Yes, that is what adaptive mode is for. We recommend a plan each season based on demand and your preferences, and nothing changes without your approval.
